Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Platform”means the Futureogy application, website, systems, and services.

“User”means any individual accessing or using the Platform.

“Astrologer / Counsellor / Expert”means an independent third-party consultant, advisor, counsellor, astrologer, spiritual guide, wellness expert, or other service provider offering astrology-related, counselling, spiritual, wellness, guidance, or related services through the Platform.

“Services”include horoscope generation, astrology consultations, numerology, kundli analysis, compatibility analysis, remedies, AI-generated insights, spiritual guidance, and related offerings.

“Wallet”means the prepaid balance maintained by a User within the Platform.

Nature of Platform

Futureogy operates solely as a technology platform facilitating interactions between Users and independent Astrologers, Counsellors, Experts, and other service providers.

Futureogy:

does not employ Astrologers as employees;
does not endorse or guarantee any Astrologer, Counsellor, Expert, consultation, counselling session, recommendation, remedy, prediction, or advice;
does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content provided by Astrologers / Counsellor / Expert or AI systems.

Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Platform.

If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you represent that you are using the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

User Accounts

Users may register using mobile number authentication or any other methods made available by Futureogy.

You agree to:

maintain accurate account information;
maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
Futureogy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion without prior notice for: misuse; abuse; fraudulent activity; violation of these Terms; harmful or offensive conduct; or any other conduct, activity, communication, or behaviour that Futureogy may determine to be inappropriate, unsafe, harmful, suspicious, or unsuitable at its sole discretion.
Users may maintain multiple accounts unless prohibited by Futureogy policies.

Services

The Platform may provide:

live astrology consultations through chat, call, or video;
AI-generated astrology insights and predictions;
horoscope reports;
numerology services;
compatibility analysis;
remedies, counselling, wellness, and spiritual services;
counselling and wellness consultations;
physical and digital products.
Services may vary by geography, availability, astrologer participation, or technical limitations.
Futureogy reserves the right to modify, discontinue, suspend, or restrict any Service at any time without liability.

AI-Generated Content

Certain Services may utilize artificial intelligence or automated systems.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, biases, incomplete information, or unsuitable recommendations;
AI outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by humans;
Futureogy makes no warranties regarding AI-generated content.
Users must independently evaluate and verify all AI-generated outputs, recommendations, remedies, predictions, counselling suggestions, and interpretations before relying upon them.
Futureogy shall not be liable for any losses, damages, emotional distress, financial consequences, physical harm, psychological impact, business losses, relationship outcomes, health-related consequences, or other adverse effects arising directly or indirectly from reliance upon AI-generated content, recommendations, or automated outputs available through the Platform.

No Professional Advice

The Services provided on the Platform do not constitute medical, legal, psychiatric, financial, investment, or other licensed professional advice.

Users must not rely upon astrology consultations, AI-generated outputs, remedies, predictions, or spiritual guidance as substitutes for professional consultation.

Futureogy expressly disclaims liability arising from:

financial decisions;
medical decisions;
relationship decisions;
legal matters;
business decisions;
Physical decisions;
emotional, psychological or physical consequences.

User Responsibility

Users acknowledge and agree that:

astrology and spiritual guidance are subjective in nature;
outcomes are not guaranteed;
predictions are interpretative opinions;
Users exercise personal judgment in all decisions.
Users are solely responsible for: their decisions and actions; verifying information; their own interpretation of consultations, predictions, advice, counselling, remedies, reports, and recommendations; providing accurate birth details and personal data.
Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by Users may result in inaccurate outputs or consultations.

Wallet, Payments & Billing

The Platform operates a prepaid wallet-based system.

9.1Wallet Usage

Users must maintain a minimum balance equivalent to three (3) minutes before initiating any chat or call session.
Wallet balances are deducted on a per-minute basis during active sessions.

9.2Refund Conditions

No refunds shall be provided once a consultation or remedy service session has been initiated.
Refunds shall only be provided if a call or chat disconnects within thirty-five (35) seconds from initiation due to technical failure.
Eligible refunds shall be credited solely to the User’s Wallet.

9.3Remedies & Products

Physical Products: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Physical products are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Services & Remedies: Rescheduling of remedy services may be permitted up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling fees may apply. Rescheduling requests made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled service may incur additional charges or may not be accepted.
Cancellation of remedy services is not permitted. No refunds shall be provided for remedy services once booked.

9.4Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST where required, may be charged additionally during wallet recharge, checkout, purchase, or payment processing stages as per applicable laws and regulations.

10.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including payment gateways, analytics services, AI providers, and hosting services.

Futureogy does not control and shall not be liable for third-party downtime, payment failures, external service interruptions, API failures, telecom or internet disruptions, or any other technical disruptions, interruptions, delays, failures, or issues not specifically identified above.

11.

User Conduct

Users shall not:

use abusive, threatening, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit language;
harass Astrologers or other Users;
engage in fraud or illegal activities;
impersonate another individual;
record consultations without consent;
attempt unauthorized access to the Platform;
attempt to obtain, solicit, collect, share, or misuse personal information, contact details, addresses, financial information, or private data of Astrologers, Counsellors, Experts, Futureogy employees, representatives, contractors, or staff members;
Futureogy reserves sole discretion in determining violations of conduct standards.

12.

Astrologer / Expert / Counsellor Conduct

Astrologers available on the Platform are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Futureogy.

Futureogy may conduct verification, onboarding, or review procedures; however, Futureogy does not guarantee qualifications, certifications, expertise, or accuracy of advice.

Users acknowledge that all consultations are undertaken voluntarily and at their own risk.

Futureogy reserves the right to suspend or remove Astrologers in cases of misconduct, abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

13.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content including software, branding, logos, AI-generated reports, interfaces, graphics, systems, and proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Futureogy.

Users may use reports for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Users shall not reverse engineer, reproduce, commercially exploit, or distribute proprietary materials without authorization.

14.

Privacy & Data Usage

By using the Platform, Users consent to collection and processing of personal data including name, mobile number, date of birth, birth details, location information, and consultation history.

Data may be used for personalization, analytics, marketing, and operational purposes.

Data may be shared with payment processors, analytics providers, technology vendors, and legal authorities where required.

Data may be retained for up to fourteen (14) years in accordance with operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

15.

Monitoring & Recording

Users acknowledge and consent that Futureogy may monitor, store, review, or log interactions conducted on the Platform for quality assurance, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

Unauthorized recording or distribution of consultations is prohibited.

16.

Disclaimers

Futureogy makes no warranties or representations regarding accuracy of predictions, effectiveness of remedies, compatibility outcomes, future events, consultation results, or uninterrupted availability.

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Futureogy expressly disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and reliability.

17.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Futureogy’s total liability arising out of or relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Futureogy shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, emotional distress, financial losses, business interruption, reputational harm, reliance on predictions or advice, or physical harm.

18.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Futureogy, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

misuse of the Platform;
violation of these Terms;
decisions made based on consultations or predictions;
disputes with Astrologers;
unlawful conduct.

19.

Suspension & Termination

Futureogy may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Users may request deletion of their accounts by contacting support@futureogy.com.

Futureogy may retain anonymized or legally required records following account termination.

20.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Seat and venue of arbitration: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Language of arbitration: English
Number of arbitrators: One (1) (Subject to arbitration provisions, courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.)

21.

Changes to Terms

Futureogy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Users shall be notified of material updates through email or Platform notifications.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

23.

Force Majeure

Futureogy shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure in performance, or unavailability of the Platform resulting directly or indirectly from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters;
acts of God;
war; terrorism; riots;
governmental actions;
internet or telecom failures; cyberattacks; power outages; server failures;
labor disputes; third-party service disruptions.
During such events, Futureogy may suspend or restrict Services without liability.

24.

No Class Actions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings against Futureogy shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, representative action, or similar proceeding.

Users waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Futureogy.

25.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

26.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies published by Futureogy, constitute the complete and entire agreement between the User and Futureogy regarding use of the Platform.

Any prior representations, discussions, communications, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms.

27.

App Store & Platform Compliance

Users acknowledge that availability of the Platform may depend on third-party app stores or marketplaces including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Futureogy is solely responsible for the Platform and its Services and not the respective app store providers.

App store providers shall have no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the Platform.

Users must also comply with applicable third-party platform terms while accessing the Platform.

28.

Wallet Validity & Promotional Credits

Wallet balances recharged by Users shall not expire and may be used at any time unless otherwise restricted under applicable law or due to account suspension resulting from policy violations.

Futureogy may issue promotional credits, bonus balances, coupons, cashback offers, or rewards from time to time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

promotional credits are non-transferable;
promotional credits are non-refundable;
promotional credits have no cash value;
promotional credits may carry separate validity periods and usage conditions.
Futureogy reserves the right to revoke promotional credits in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

29.

Export Restrictions & International Usage

Users agree not to access or use the Platform in violation of any applicable export control laws, sanctions regulations, or international trade restrictions.

Futureogy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform in specific countries or regions where operation or access may violate applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

Users accessing the Platform from outside India do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

30.

Content Ownership & Usage Rights

All reports, AI-generated outputs, consultation materials, platform content, graphics, branding, interfaces, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Futureogy and/or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use such content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
